Withdrawing your crypto assets from Slingshot to another wallet is straightforward. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth and secure withdrawal process.

Step-by-step withdrawal instructions

  1. Open the Slingshot app and tap the ⬆️ icon next to +Deposit.

  2. Select the token you wish to withdraw.

  3. Choose the network for the transfer.

  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

  5. Enter the recipient's wallet address carefully.

  6. Confirm all details thoroughly, then tap "Confirm".

Your withdrawal will process immediately, although completion times may vary depending on network congestion.

Currently, only USDC can be withdrawn on any of Slingshot’s supported networks. For example, if you have USDC on Arbitrum, you can choose to withdraw it on Solana instead. However, other tokens that exist on multiple networks cannot be withdrawn cross-chain. For example, if you have ETH on Arbitrum, you can only withdraw it on Arbitrum—you cannot withdraw it on Optimism or another network.

Converting crypto to fiat (off-ramping)

Slingshot does not support direct withdrawals to bank accounts (off-ramping). To convert your crypto into fiat currency, you'll first need to withdraw your assets to another platform, such as a centralized exchange (CEX) or other external platforms that offer fiat conversion.

⚠️ Important considerations for withdrawals ⚠️

  • Some platforms, including exchanges and wallets, do not support deposits originating from smart contracts. Always verify if your chosen platform accepts such deposits before initiating your withdrawal from Slingshot.

  • Always double-check the selected network and recipient wallet address carefully to prevent irreversible loss of funds.

  • Always double-check that the token and network are supported by the destination wallet. If they don’t support them, it will be up to them to assist you to recover your token.

  • Slingshot automatically handles network transaction fees for your convenience, so no additional balance is required.

Viewing your withdrawal history

To see your past withdrawals:

  • On the home screen, scroll down to the very bottom

  • Tap "See All History"
