Sometimes, tokens you’ve deposited into your Slingshot wallet might not appear right away, or at all. Below are the most common reasons why this can happen.
It’s on the wrong network
Make sure you deposited the token on one of Slingshot’s supported networks. If you sent your tokens to Slingshot but used an unsupported network, they won’t show up. Double-check your transaction details on a blockchain explorer to confirm the correct chain.

The token Is hidden or has insufficient liquidity
Some tokens are automatically hidden from your main view if they have insufficient liquidity (below $1,000). Slingshot may skip listing these tokens to protect you from spam or illiquid assets. If you believe the token is legitimate, reach out to our support team for assistance.
📖 For more information check out “Viewing Hidden Tokens” in How to Deposit into Slingshot
You’re searching for an unrecognized token
Slingshot aggregates tokens from supported decentralized exchanges. If your token isn’t recognized by any integrated DEX or has extremely low liquidity, it may not appear in the search results. Confirm the token’s contract address and liquidity on a block explorer or third-party tool (e.g., Dexscreener or DexTools).

Transaction is still pending or failed
Blockchain confirmations can vary. Check your transaction status on a block explorer to make sure it’s fully confirmed. If it has, then please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Minimum balance requirements
Slingshot requires a minimum account balance of $400 to trade on Ethereum Mainnet, and $5 on any other supported network. For example, if you deposit tokens on Ethereum and your balance remains below $400, it will not show up in your account. You will need to increase your deposit to reach the minimum required balance on that chain.
