When using Slingshot, it is crucial to only send tokens through supported networks. If you accidentally deposit via a chain we do not support, the transaction can’t be recognized by Slingshot and is likely unrecoverable.

Why this happens

Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. If the receiving or sending network is not integrated with Slingshot, your tokens will not appear in your account, and as a non-custodial wallet, we have no way of accessing or transferring them.

What you can do

Reach out to support

While Slingshot can’t guarantee a resolution for unsupported networks, contact our support team with your transaction details. They’ll advise if there’s any known workaround.
