What are Slingshot promotions?
We appreciate our Slingshot community and love to give back to thank you for your support. So, from time to time we offer promotions (promos) to provide rewards to our community for completing certain tasks. In the past, rewards have included tokens or exclusive NFTs, and we have a lot more planned for the future. All Slingshot promos are subject to our Terms and Conditions and any specific eligibility criteria that apply to a particular promo. We announce promotions on our Twitter and Discord server, so stay tuned!
Who can participate in Slingshot promotions?
To use our services and to participate in a Slingshot promo you must acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions explain eligibility to use our services, appropriate use of our services and other important information and disclaimers. But, every promo is different so we describe any specific eligibility criteria for a particular promo in our official communications on our Twitter and Discord server.
As described in our Terms and Conditions, you may not be eligible to use our services or to participate in promos for a few reasons. These include, among others, if you are located in a region or country that is subject to comprehensive country-wide, territory-wide or regional economic sanctions by the United States or if your wallet address appears on a specially designated nationals list. Our services are operated from facilities within the United States and may not be available or appropriate for use in other jurisdictions, so you may not be eligible to use our services if you are located in a country or region that restricts access to our services.

Why didn’t I receive any rewards from a Slingshot promo?
To receive rewards from a promo you must be eligible to use our services pursuant to our Terms and Conditions and meet any specific eligibility requirements applicable to a particular promo as described in our official communications on our Twitter and Discord server.
You may participate in a Slingshot promo but not receive a reward for various reasons, including, among others:
You did not acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions;
You do not meet our eligibility requirements to use our services;
You are located in a country or region that is subject to US sanctions;
Your wallet address is listed on a specially designated nationals or other prohibited list;
You did not meet eligibility requirements specific to a particular promotion (e.g., use of specific hashtags on social media, swapping specific pairs, performing actions within a specified time period, etc.);
Your wallet has been flagged for unsportsmanlike or fraudulent activity (e.g., attempting to manipulate a promo to receive additional rewards); or
You received one reward and are not eligible to receive duplicate rewards.
Slingshot reserves the right to decline a request to participate in a promo, to modify the terms or eligibility requirements related to a promo or to deem a reward forfeited if you violate our Terms and Conditions or fail to meet applicable eligibility requirements. What can I do if I didn’t receive a reward from a Slingshot promo but I think that I should have received a reward?
For certain Slingshot promos we may offer an ability to appeal rewards determinations if you believe that you received incorrect rewards or were otherwise incorrectly disqualified from participation.
